While we strive for 99.9% uptime, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services for operational reasons, with reasonable notice to customers.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The content hosted on your account and ensuring it complies with all applicable laws.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Regularly backing up your data.
You must not use our services for hosting or distributing malware, phishing, illegal content, infringing intellectual property, sending spam, or engaging in DDoS/hacking. We reserve the right to remove or block access to any content that violates these rules or applicable law.
4. Account, Billing and Payments
All fees are listed on our website. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before renewal. Failure to pay on time may lead to account suspension or termination. Refunds are only provided where required by law or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service. We may adjust prices or service features with at least 30 days’ notice via email or in your account dashboard.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
You may terminate your hosting account at any time via your customer dashboard. Upon termination: your data and website content will be permanently deleted after 14 days; you remain responsible for any outstanding payments. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our systems, network, or reputation.
6. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how we process it, and your rights as a data subject. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, infrastructure, and documentation provided by Sayob.com remain our property. You retain ownership of your website content but grant us a limited license to host, reproduce, and transmit it solely for providing the service.
9. Modifications to Terms

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
